I had a good experience working with Vernon M. at Swapalease. He did a good job of explaining how things would work, and he’s clearly been doing this for long enough to have a feel for how things are going to go (and when it may or may not be time to tweak incentives, as an example). I purchased the premium service and I did show up in a lot of searches and got a lot of more serious views; it took a while to get people to ping me with a serious interest in my car, but that’s not Swapalease’s fault (the car was on a relatively low-mile lease, and for a while was competing with someone whose car had obviously been parked for most of their lease — so it had more than 4400 miles/month, no typo, available on its lease ??). The TL;DR is that I was able to start the transfer my lease in about a month, which matched what Vernon had predicted. The rest of the time was just going back and forth with the leasing company itself, which just takes a while.

Ron B. walked me through the entire process. I had my first offer 20 minutes after the post went live. Entire process took about 5 weeks (but that is on Ford Credit). I highly recommend Swapalease to assist in your leasing needs.
The Swapalease part of the lease transfer process was the quickest part of the whole thing. I had a buyer in a day and then began the long process of switching the car to his name. But Lisa F at Swapalease was very helpful. She explained the whole process to me from scratch and answered all my questions and gave me great advice on which package to buy. She is definitely someone you want in your corner through this process.

Going through a lease transfer was a new experience for me. Our transfer was the result of a retired company executive and I was skeptical that we would be able to find an interested party. Nick W at Swapalease was great to work with and they provided us with a tremendous response to our listing.
There are a few steps along the way but that was mostly related to getting approval from the lease company. However, in the end we were successful in transferring this lease and both us and the new lessee were satisfied with the result.
