Just handed over my car to next lease owner yesterday. It is an awesome place to transfer a lease or take over a lease. The website contains a lot of information and resources. It also protects my information that only a member (a real potential buyer) can see my contact information and contact me. Yes, I paid for their service. I believe, it is reasonably priced compared to the penalty that the original leasing company will charge me to terminate the contract early. I understand a lot of people would not agree with me. But I actually found my buyer first day after my listing. The rest of the time is actually for all the transfer paperwork. And trust me, I have tried all the free website before I came to the point I am willing to pay for it. Thumbs up!

I had a good experience working with Vernon M. at Swapalease. He did a good job of explaining how things would work, and he’s clearly been doing this for long enough to have a feel for how things are going to go (and when it may or may not be time to tweak incentives, as an example). I purchased the premium service and I did show up in a lot of searches and got a lot of more serious views; it took a while to get people to ping me with a serious interest in my car, but that’s not Swapalease’s fault (the car was on a relatively low-mile lease, and for a while was competing with someone whose car had obviously been parked for most of their lease — so it had more than 4400 miles/month, no typo, available on its lease ??). The TL;DR is that I was able to start the transfer my lease in about a month, which matched what Vernon had predicted. The rest of the time was just going back and forth with the leasing company itself, which just takes a while.
I was skeptical about the program after reading some negative reviews. But my car sold, not as quick as one would like, but quick enough that is was the best service I could imagine is out there. The marketing was wonderful with the help of Jeff E. He was honest and forthcoming, picking up the phone the first time every time or returning my calls right away. He gave me the confidence needed in the program. Depending on your miles and vehicle, not to mention incentives that can speed up the process, my vehicle sold when I expected after I truthfully calculated the worth as a buyer. This is not meant to be an overnight fix, unless you are giving your car away. Hang in there, your car will sell!
Just transferred my Mercedes lease and handed off the keys yesterday! Swapalease an Carissa H (my rep) were awesome. Super helpful, easy and QUICK to help me sell the car. The sale took a week! Mercedes financial took 3 LOL! A few times I had a question or needed to change the ad or figure something out ... I emailed Carissa and usually within a few hours or first thing in the morning, CArissa replied and would help me take care of it. So easy! Highly recommend them!
I just got off the phone with Dwight H. at Swapalease and I must say he was amazing. He is funny, very informative, and has experience. It was a pleasure talking with him and he wasn't pushy or anything. Very nice and courteous. I would definitely reccomend calling him if you are interested in taking on someone else's lease or even just to get clarity on the process.

Ron B. walked me through the entire process. I had my first offer 20 minutes after the post went live. Entire process took about 5 weeks (but that is on Ford Credit). I highly recommend Swapalease to assist in your leasing needs.
Lisa F was the professional that worked with us in transferring the Mercedes Benz. It was effortless and Lisa made everything smooth, efficient, and pleasant. I actually filled out the wrong ad and she contacted me to advise me that the ad should be placed in a different category which I immediately did the responses were immediate and I was able to transfer my lease and be rid of an obligation that I no longer needed.
