I had a good experience working with Vernon M. at Swapalease. He did a good job of explaining how things would work, and he’s clearly been doing this for long enough to have a feel for how things are going to go (and when it may or may not be time to tweak incentives, as an example). I purchased the premium service and I did show up in a lot of searches and got a lot of more serious views; it took a while to get people to ping me with a serious interest in my car, but that’s not Swapalease’s fault (the car was on a relatively low-mile lease, and for a while was competing with someone whose car had obviously been parked for most of their lease — so it had more than 4400 miles/month, no typo, available on its lease ??). The TL;DR is that I was able to start the transfer my lease in about a month, which matched what Vernon had predicted. The rest of the time was just going back and forth with the leasing company itself, which just takes a while.
I had great experience working with Swapalease. The search filters the results to right what you want. Along the way their agents get you all the help needed. Megan R. was great on helping me find and verify the car I was looking at. She was always available. I would highly recommend Swapalease.
Lisa F at Swapalease made the process of getting rid of my unneeded car a breeze! I had a Ford Escape that I no longer needed that I was still making lease payments on. For a perfectly reasonable fee, she was able to spin my listing like an advertising wizard and within a week, I had someone taking over my lease! Ford definitely did their part to make it as challenging as possible, but Lisa was able to partner with me to work through the challenges. I looked through some of the other reviews and it looks like I got one of the best!

Just transferred my Mercedes lease and handed off the keys yesterday! Swapalease an Carissa H (my rep) were awesome. Super helpful, easy and QUICK to help me sell the car. The sale took a week! Mercedes financial took 3 LOL! A few times I had a question or needed to change the ad or figure something out ... I emailed Carissa and usually within a few hours or first thing in the morning, CArissa replied and would help me take care of it. So easy! Highly recommend them!
The Swapalease part of the lease transfer process was the quickest part of the whole thing. I had a buyer in a day and then began the long process of switching the car to his name. But Lisa F at Swapalease was very helpful. She explained the whole process to me from scratch and answered all my questions and gave me great advice on which package to buy. I thought for sure I would be stuck with paying the remaining 22 months on my Mini Countryman lease. I loved the car, but I was moving to a new location and taking the car with me made no sense whatsoever.
