Lisa F at Swapalease made the process of getting rid of my unneeded car a breeze! I had a Ford Escape that I no longer needed that I was still making lease payments on. For a perfectly reasonable fee, she was able to spin my listing like an advertising wizard and within a week, I had someone taking over my lease! I was skeptical about the program after reading some negative reviews. But my car sold, not as quick as one would like, but quick enough that is was the best service I could imagine is out there. The marketing was wonderful with the help of Jeff E. He was honest and forthcoming, picking up the phone the first time every time or returning my calls right away. He gave me the confidence needed in the program. Depending on your miles and vehicle, not to mention incentives that can speed up the process, my vehicle sold when I expected after I truthfully calculated the worth as a buyer. This is not meant to be an overnight fix, unless you are giving your car away. Hang in there, your car will sell!
I wasn't sure about this when I first signed up but with Lisa F.'s help this process was smooth from start to finish. I was able to swap the lease of my Jeep in a matter of months. She didn't push any higher packages than I was comfortable with and she was always there via email to assure me that things were going to work out. Overall this was a great experience and if I ever have to do it again I'll call Lisa!
I thought for sure I would be stuck with paying the remaining 22 months on my Mini Countryman lease. I loved the car, but I was moving to a new location and taking the car with me made no sense whatsoever. On the advice of my Mini dealer, I contacted Swapalease, and Eric S. walked me through the process of posting my car online. It took all of two days to get the offer I was looking for. It took less than a month for Mini to run a credit check and do all the paperwork, and I delivered the car to its new lessee yesterday. I'm done making payments, and someone else is happily driving a great car. I never expected any of that to happen, and certainly not so fast. Thanks to Eric and Swapalease, it did.

Lisa F was an AMAZING account manager. Finding a suitable person to takeover my lease was a little frustrating at times but Lisa made it 100% more manageable for me. She walked me through all of the confusing things Toyota likes to do to transfer the leases (about 3 times because I kept forgetting) and she was very patient with me. 5 stars for Lisa!
This was my first experience with Swapalease. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first; thinking it was just another type of site that has a fee associated with it. I did some research on it, including YouTube reviews and was still not sold. I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money just to list it on another “cars for sale” type website. So, I decided to call to get the sales pitch from a salesperson, and during the conversation with my salesperson (Jeff E*******) I started to ask some questions, including how long has he been doing this? What the realistic average success sales are? And the true length of time it takes to complete the transfer process? Well by the end of talking to Jeff, I did feel more comfortable that I had honest answers and decided to take the next step, and I’m glad I did. It’s not something to do if you’re in a rush to get out of your vehicle, because it needs to go through several processes. But for me, the 40 or so days to get totally out of the lease was well worth it. It also helps weed out the tire kickers, and the dreamers who have no credit, or bad credit. If you have the option to request a specific salesperson when giving this a try; this guy was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and there for me with every question I had till the end!!

Just handed over my car to next lease owner yesterday. It is an awesome place to transfer a lease or take over a lease. The website contains a lot of information and resources. It also protects my information that only a member (a real potential buyer) can see my contact information and contact me. Yes, I paid for their service. I believe, it is reasonably priced compared to the penalty that the original leasing company will charge me to terminate the contract early. I understand a lot of people would not agree with me. But I actually found my buyer first day after my listing. The rest of the time is actually for all the transfer paperwork. And trust me, I have tried all the free website before I came to the point I am willing to pay for it. Thumbs up!
