I signed up/posted my car on Swapalease in October 2017. Jessica R. was my point of contact and she was extremely helpful during the entire process. Always responsive, making sure the pictures I wanted were posted, helping me add incentives when needed, giving me advice, etc. It took a few more months than expected to get rid of the car, but it ended up working out. This is a great site to use, as it is trustworthy and really lets you handle the process on your own. You are able to chat with whomever reaches out to you, so you don't have to go through different parties.
Honestly, I came into my first "swap" completely unsure how legit this was going to be... they completely proved me wrong. Carissa H. was my rep and helped guide me right into how to sell my car lease, and within two months it was sold!

I highly recommend Swapalease for subleasing a vehicle, particularly working with Senior Account Manager Eric S. Eric was so helpful from start to finish! He explained how the process was going to work and helped me to anticipate my particular financing company's process and timeline. He was always available when I emailed or called him and patiently answered all of my questions. I was moving out of state and had a deadline and the deal closed before I moved, which was the goal. Eric totally helped to make that happen! I also found the Swapalease website to very comprehensive with a set up that allows you to edit your ad, view who was interested in the vehicle, save any searches done on other vehicles and get alerts. It was very user-friendly and made it easy to navigate the steps. I appreciated how I was that someone had inquired about my car and was just a click away from accessing the site and the person's comments so that ic ould answer very quickly. The exposure on my vehicle was invaluable! I had over 75 inquiries over a 4 week period! My experience was fantastic! Thanks Swapalease! My sublessee is very happy with the car and your process, too!

She was stellar. She guided me through the whole process and broke it down into simple understandable parts to transfer my lease. Christina answered all my questions. She told me when to give a discount, when not to, she even wrote the advertisement for me. Literally, and I'm not kidding, I must have gotten 60-70 inquiries about the car. The whole process took about 6 weeks and 2 of those weeks were due to the leasee being on vacation.
Simply put use Christina if you want to get your car lease transferred.

Great service found it online when I needed to get out of my lease. If your bank you financed your vehicle allows a lease transfer they will help you out with marketing your car. I was contacted by Fred J. at Swapalease who was very helpful in me making the right decision in posting an ad. You have several choices and they run it till you transfer your lease. I had at least 6 parties interested and after one false start (credit issue) I got an interested party and will complete my transfer this Wednesday. I would highly recommend Swapalease and Fred J. if you are either looking for a lease deal or need to get out of yours early.

Worked with Cherie H., account manager when we were looking to get out of our lease. Cherie helped explain listing options, followed up frequently to let us know what to do next and did a great job of guiding us through the process. We received a lot of requests, and they increased in frequency once we received the first few inquiries. Our car went pretty quickly. The longest part of the process was waiting for our finance company to process the paperwork - no fault of Swapalease. This was the first experience for us and it was great. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get out of a lease or anyone looking to take over a lease.

I never in a million years would have thought I'd get as much activity on my lease as I did. Now it still took a couple months and a few different tire kickers until the right person came along but they definitely helped me get rid of my lease. At least you know you are going through a legit company with serious buyers. I tried to get rid of this myself on social media and all I got were people who couldn't pass a credit check. Don't lease a car for your girlfriend without her seeing it first! But since I did and she didn't like it I was lucky enough to have had a friend recommend Swapalease. From the minute, I got on the phone with Gail everything was simplified she took charge and all I had to do was give her the info and some pics. From the moment it went live the emails came flooding in, then the phone calls. I had a deal in 2 days, that deal fell through not because of Swapalease but because the applicant could not make it happen with the bank. That took almost a week the minute that applicant was disqualified I had a deal because there were so many people lined up wanting the car, Keith was also a big help in dealing with the banks. The whole process took less than two weeks and my lease is gone and a new Lessor is cruising away happy.
