5 stars all the way! This was my second "swap" with Swapalease and once again they did not disappoint. Lisa F. was my rep and she was excellent! She helped me spruce up my ad, answered every question I had right away and she was super easy to get ahold of. Loved her quick response times and her suggestions on how to respond to people interested in my car. She checked in with me on a regular basis too just to see how things were coming along. I felt very protected and reassured knowing only serious inquiries could contact me.
My lease swap was initiated just a few weeks after my car was posted. So fast and I'm happy I used this company once again. Worth EVERY penny! They are the BEST!!
On a side note, I just read a recent review of 0 stars which is way off base......
@[someone on yelp that wrote a low star review]...as a seller I appreciated only being contacted by people that had to pay a fee to join Swapalease. I felt it protected my personal information knowing people were willing to pay to join before that information was released. These club members prove to be the interested buyers. I had 14 people that contacted me in ONE week all who paid the fee to join swap a lease and I'm happy I paid the fee to post my car and I felt it got the exposure it needed from SERIOUS buyers. People who do not pay the Swapalease fee DO have ways to contact you...well you are wrong there! I had plenty of people who contacted me that way but none of them were the SERIOUS buyers. This is not a scam by any means, it is a very very successful business. The fees are well in line, especially if you want to get out of a lease they are minimal compared to holding a car and making the payments.
I would use you guys again. I was able to sell my car in just one day.
Great service found it online when I needed to get out of my lease. If your bank you financed your vehicle allows a lease transfer they will help you out with marketing your car. I was contacted by Fred J. at Swapalease who was very helpful in me making the right decision in posting an ad. You have several choices and they run it till you transfer your lease. I had at least 6 parties interested and after one false start (credit issue) I got an interested party and will complete my transfer this Wednesday. I would highly recommend Swapalease and Fred J. if you are either looking for a lease deal or need to get out of yours early.
Listed my car on Swapalease but didn't really expect much interest. Boy was I wrong! Within 2 months I had about 8 serious inquiries.
The 3rd person was fully vetted by my leasing company and the car was officially given to him.
Instead of paying $5000+ to terminate the lease the small fee for Swapalease did the job in record time. My contact Amy T was patient and professional during the process and answered all my endless questions always reassuring me that all would be ok.

I just wanted to say thank you to Nick W. at Swapalease. I have never done this before and he made me feel comfortable and helped me step by step all the way through the process. I recommend him if you ever need to get out of your lease. After I posted it took no time at all to sell my lease. Hands down to Nick. He is the best at what he does.

Do yourself a favor and call Lisa F. so you can get rid of your lease and painlessly. If you have questions, she knows a ton about the process. Highly recommended service and representative!!!
I signed up/posted my car on Swapalease in October 2017. Jessica R. was my point of contact and she was extremely helpful during the entire process. Always responsive, making sure the pictures I wanted were posted, helping me add incentives when needed, giving me advice, etc. It took a few more months than expected to get rid of the car, but it ended up working out. This is a great site to use, as it is trustworthy and really lets you handle the process on your own. You are able to chat with whomever reaches out to you, so you don't have to go through different parties.
My experience with Swapalease and Carissa H. was super! It was incredibly easy and not only was Carissa great but so was the person with whom I assumed a lease. The whole experience was pleasant and stressfree!

I lost my job two months after renewing my car lease. I needed to release 30 years of a perpetual car payment. I did some research and found Swapalease. I spoke to a lovely gal named Jessica R. This was the first time I used a service such as Swapalease and it was a positive experience. The Swapalease representative, Tony S. was incredibly helpful in explaining all aspects of their services. The website is easy to use and update. Anytime I had additional questions, the representative, Tony S. always promptly returned my emails and/or phone calls. Even better, I sold my car and probably could have sold it many times over. This is my seventh experience using Swapalease. Each time, I have been assisted by Noli H. He is efficient and professional and very accommodating.
Swapalease provides a seamless and hassle-free way to exit a Lease.
I recommend the reasonably priced full exposure ad to move the vehicle quickly. There is no time limit for the one-time fee and the vehicle ad remains prominent until the lease is assumed.
Unlike other companies, SAL only charges one fee to the listing person and there is no commission to SAL following the sale.
I highly recommend SAL over the other companies.
I needed to end my lease due to unforeseen personal conditions, so I thought I'd give Swapalease a try to help me. I was assigned to Kathie M. as my leasing specialist. And I was truly fortunate because Kathie was the most understanding, thoughtful, and wonderful to work with to set my vehicle up for sale. She also speedily made many changes along the way to help ensure a sale.

We used Swapalease to transfer our Malibu lease to a new buyer. Before signing up as a seller I read reviews and was a little nervous because some said support ended the minute you signed up. Not true in my case. My rep Vernon was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. At the same time, I listed our car on Craigslist and while I got a lot of inquiries through Craigslist, those potential buyers didn't seem to even understand the concept of transferring a lease so lots of buys work without anything to show for it. Our car was listed on Swapalease for a few months before we got a qualified buyer and then a few more weeks for the lease company (Ally) to process everything so good thing we weren't in a big hurry. When it comes right down to it, Swapalease is like a matching site that brings potential buyers and sellers together. Beyond that, you need to work directly with the buyer and lease company to manage the transaction. Swapalease was there to answer questions and provided tools along the way (credit application for Ally for example) but otherwise, they don't manage the actual process of the transfer. I'd give them a 5 if they did. Overall I'd use them again and will refer friends to the service.
I was talking to a friend who said he got rid of three cars on Swapalease.com, so I decided to give it a try. I was a little cynical about how the entire procedure worked, like I was waiting for the catch....but it actually turned out to be quick and smooth. It's a little uncomfortable having to deal with people you don't know contacting you. I listed my car on a Monday night, had several interested buyers, by that Sunday. So yes, Swapalease.com does really work. My representative basically held my hand throughout the entire process and answered all of my concerns promptly. When I tell people about how I got rid of my car they are are in disbelief! But it really did work.

Do to a death in the family, we were stuck and needed someone to step into the lease. We would've taken a huge hit by buying out the lease and selling the car, so we had no other real options. The process took some time for sure, both finding a buyer (about 4 weeks) and completing the transfer (4 weeks). But in the end, there was really no other way, and I am really relieved to put this behind me. Senior account manager Eric S., followed the process and helped when needed. He was always prompt getting back to me. So yea, I'm happy.
